We have had the sportsman for a while. the trailer is what we got. I would rather pull the trailer with my Rancher 420 (more power and faster).

It sorta looks like you pulled that crusher to the jobsite with that lil Ford trk?

Looks like a great summer job for you to work at. A new property your family bought or improving one that you already had?

Talking Re: My Dads 1:1 Equipment

We bought the property, demolished the motel and were selling it to JD next door. Yeah we towed the crusher with my Dads Ford. We only moved the crusher down the road .5 of a mile with it though. we moved it from where it was (70 Miles) away with a 8 wheel JD.

Brings backs lots of memories Mate. Loved playing around on all earthmoving gear in my early days going out with the Ol Man. Don't do any of that stuff anymore but the thoughts are still fresh.
Enjoy your time with each other.
Shane.

It has been a while since i have updated the thread, about two weeks ago my dad purchased a John Deere 690-A. it is probably 30 years old, half the windows were broken out when he purchased it. I will try getting photos soon. we have been digging stumps out and changing the shape of a creek with it then one of our hired hands blew the cylinders that raise the boom. Also the controls are different than the 312BL.
Thanks for looking.
