I have worked on and operated both and i prefer a wheeled loader for loading trucks.

Wheeled loaders just feel smooth and natural when loading a truck.

Constantly pivoting/turning back and forth when loading a truck with a tracked loader just doesn't feel smooth to me.

Having said all of that though, the Carson loader is a very well made machine and well worth the money. The tracks/drives work very well and the somewhat short length of the tracks (front to rear) allow it to rotate better than most racked vehicles.
