Thanks guys will probably be 2-3 weeks before the decals go on as my new steel counter weight is to be machined along with some steel teeth for the siberia bucket

Steel counter weight is coming along. Many regions of Quebec were without power for a couple days because of a crappy ice storm having branches fall on the electrical lines taking them out. Couple days behind but it's getting there!

Machinist is done with the new steel counter weight and bucket teeth just has to drill some mounting holes. Pretty stoked going to pick everything up tomorrow and will be dropping the counter weight off at the powder coater's to match up as close as possible to the original color on the 4200

Went to pick everything up this morning. Really happy with the job. New steel counter weight weighs in at slightly over 8lbs which is 5lbs heavier then the aluminum one. Bucket teeth also came out looking good!

Powder coater quoted me 3 weeks to paint the counter weight. Didn't have the exact shade of orange I was looking for to match up with the rest of the excavator so he will be ordering code# RAL 2003 powder to do the job

Hahaha I polished them up but didn't go crazy as I know they won't be pretty long

Really happy how things are coming together just finished doing a little filing to get the quick coupler adapter installed on the bucket

All wrapped up! I installed new counter weight and put on the last decal this morning fits great!
