My helper Chuck was too small, Had to make a holder for the job. Note the countersunk screw, that sucker will self-center the rim and hold it snug for the operation.

Thanks, Skeeter, Yes I like to make stuff the easiest way possible but not give up on functionality and performance. I am very pleased with these tires, they look good and the traction on loose surfaces is way better than other tires tested, I think they will be the ultimate choice for dump trucks and trailers.

Right after, I de-chromed 50 pairs of rims. No, I have no clue, all of sudden they were there, on the evil buy. I think a year or two on the market by now.

Made it in a hurry, still need some finishing and paint. Ballast bed Works well, so no significant changes.

Quite similar to how I set up my 1:1 truck, I normally strap a sleeper under the rear end to support the back and stop it bouncing.
