first off this thing is inspirational to say the least 2nd i dont think i can wait much longer for a video !! a few questions did you try the cvds for the rockwell front axle? i think its the answer to the breakage problem you were having. and do the rear springs actually flex??

Great looking work! One of the cooler things I've seen done with a Tamiya. Lots of great metal work too. What kind of tools and shop equipment do have to build something like this? Your suspension looks great, and the cross members in the rear of the chassis are great. They almost looks like a stamped piece of metal. Did you form them with a wooden buck and hammer?
