Hi Guys here are a couple of photos of the track rollers, they were done in the CNC Lathe with a bar feeder to make the process faster.
The first photo shows the material in the chuck. Paul:) http://i1235.photobucket.com/albums/...igs/photo2.jpg http://i1235.photobucket.com/albums/...igs/photo1.jpg |

 Re: D11 New Project

Really starting to look like a dozer now:eek: My only concern with the tracks is that there is no allowance for dirt between the individual track links. Looks like a good place for things to bind up.

 Re: D11 New Project

Yeah, we will try as it is and if its a big problem will remake the track plates. As it is shown in the last pictures it is not set for running, only a mock up.

 Re: D11 New Project

I had to take it to the club for show and tell today. I think I may need a bigger trailer, at the moment it comes in at 10kg

 Re: D11 New Project

:eek: Now that gives you a view of just how massive these beasts will be! Your trailer might work OK but with some up grades:D I like your idea of new trailer though. Just 1 more thing to build:rolleyes::rolleyes:
