Paul I never felt good about that trans after it broke on me, just doing some testing. I repaired it but how long before it breaks again? Still need lots of stuff including another diff, going three axle drive heavy hauler. |

 Re: HillBilly Deluxe

Truck is going to look great. I see you've spent a lot of time dolling up your tractors too I guess. Noticed a lot of them have lights and wipers and stuff on them to add detail, I have quite a few tractors but all original for the most part and most in, or with, boxes. Like the 2 way antenna on the 2+2! Oh, and that's a BIG train LOL!

 Re: HillBilly Deluxe

I really like what you have done with this wedico, it is how they should come from the factory. I like the size comparison with the 1/16 tractors, are the tamiyas also close in size?

Putting somethings back together today couldn't resist taking a few photos even though cab and sleeper are not bolted down.
	Long Heavy glider anyone? http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/m...nkin/001-9.jpg http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/m...kin/002-13.jpg http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/m...kin/003-12.jpg http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/m...n/006-Copy.jpg http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/m...nkin/010-4.jpg |

 Re: HillBilly Deluxe

Craig, even as a glider, your truck looks really great. That front hitch on the bumper gives the look you are after. That turned out really nice. Out of the hitches you were looking at putting on the bumper, that's the one I would have went with too. I'm really liking the new paint scheme. The black fenders look great with the red cab and hood. That's one color combination that definitely looks as good on a 1:1 truck, as it does on your Peterbilt. I also like the scale hardware. Hope you'll have a smooth build, from here on out. I can't wait to see it finished.

 Re: HillBilly Deluxe

Thanks for the compliments Nate, I'm really happy with that hitch, I had that one professionally installed. I know another guy's truck that could benefit from a hitch like that like that.

 Re: HillBilly Deluxe

Thanks Alex! Nathan mounted the hitch for me and Russ made the bumper, they go together like they were meant to be.

 Re: HillBilly Deluxe

Looks good, Craig. I see you got those mini jack stands you were talking about. The nylock M2 nuts are great. Might need some of those, myself, someday.
