Hi everyone, just thought id stop in say hi. I am really liking this site, it is a really cool website!! I like how a lot of you guys are showing pics of your steps in your semi builds!! well I just got into this hobby but not new to building.I just bought 3 Tamiya haulers and 2 trailers and now im looking to start on the customization stuff!
so sorry if I ask some of the same question asked before! I do try doing thread searches 1st but we all know that doesn't work sometimes. so any help or pointers would be great.

Glad to see so many on here from Florida. I'm still trying to figure out how this forum works so please cut me a little slack. I'm here to learn, not to teach but I'll help if I can. Great site and so much information.
Welcome everyone.

Welcome fellow newbie. You'll gain a ton of ideas, and tips by browsing the threads, and that'll get your creative juices flowing. Good luck, and remember to have fun.

Good to hear from the I-4/I-75 corridor. Miss those days of dodging Hwy 27/441. Have fun and let your creations inspire others.

Yes, 126happy, I am up around the lower La way! Get home maybe once a year, way too much traffic there for me now.

ya i kind of love hate him, he's great because of the parts he has and can get. but he only stocks what he likes and won't get you anything different. tried to get a scania r470 from him and he gave me this love speech on how it tips at high speed......???? he also kicked my buddy out because he bought a emaxx from a shop two blocks from his work, and my buddy didn't drive at the times so it was easier to buy it there then Morris. but i know of his shop when i raced he was a regular stop on my parts round up

 That's Morris. Funny on the R470 as he orders alot of trucks from us and I know he has ordered R470's.

I past that place once, never went in. So I looked his place up online and I seen there were 28 reviews. I read them all. You know him, is he an a-hole? Some of the comments were just shredding this guy.

He can be rough around the edges, but I have known him for 15+yrs and never take him too serious. He knows his stuff with R/C and more. He is a big Tamiya supporter and does a lot of custom work. I wish there was shops like his in CA, though he used to be in San Diego, CA long ago. It's worth a stop by to see all his stuff, Just tell him Joe from Tamiya sent ya!
