well the closest dragline (which is tracked and that Mog gets to make spare parts for all the time :P) has the boom down. not sure what they are doing but it went down yesterday and there is a couple cranes around it. Unfortunately i only have my cheap kodak camera with me and not my super zoom cannon lol

it looks like they are replacing the cables on it. drove around the far side on the way home and took some shots. out of about 40 shots this was the only half decent one that turned out. was just too far away with the point and clicker

Atleast it's still on its wheels. :)

Is the hood completely gone or hiding behind your mirror?

I don't do any trucking at the start of the winter, black ice everywhere till the ground thoroughly hardens up.

Turns out they are from Florida, had a load of FROZEN food and FLOWERS... *facepalm* Well of couse Wal-Mart refused the load because the load is frozen and ruined! Apparently they have another store's order in there to and are currently going through the load to see if anything is good still... Well when the refer went by it said 62F on it. So I am assuming that the frozen food load is no longer frozen... and all the flowers have froze at one point. Oh and only one of them speaks english. I dont know what they were talking back and forth in but i have never heard it before!

The worst part is, if he is an owner operator they did a FL. to SK. Run for free now. They won't be paid for the load, only the advance money they may have gotten which might hace to be refunded to the shipper/broker since the cargo wasnt successfully received. And his cargo insurance just bought that load. What a nightmare.

you can see the hood is up on the first picture and its behind the mirror on the second picture. People on facebook are freaking out thinking that they still see the driver in the close picture.

From what I remember they are from Costa Farms (guys that did the yard work for TLC's Extreme Home Makeover, and work directly for Costa Farms. Also sounded like there was no return shipment to pick up.
