How much torque is enough

First things first, I apologize on my english. I'm not a native speaker. Any and all grammatical errors are purely coincidental ;).

So..

I've decided to RC this thing:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WY9KaVNXOp0&t=4s

The main problem is the drive train. Current amount of torque is sufficient, But I'm using customized heng long gearboxes with belt driven worm gears. Both motors are brushed, running on 24V. I'm inclined on using new gearboxes and using 3S Lipos.. so around 11-ish volts. I've found some motors on aliexpress, claming to have 10 or 15 kg/cm torque. I can not fathom how much torque do I need. I believe 40 RPM would suffice. The dozer is roughly 1 ft long, and weights around 4,5 LBS. I believe it will get heavier with added electronics and servos (I will lose some weight upon removal of the actuators, but I'll add servos and batteries). So how much torque/RPM do you believe will suffice?

the tracks are heng long panzer 3 tracks (plastic) but eventually.. I could convert to metal. All depending on money quantity. The receiver would be 6 channel... the "dozer" or a multi utility vehicle (since it has a logging winch, rear 3 point hitch, a double axle trailer with electric unloading and a mower) is a versatile toy, and I hope to keep it that way...

I believe 6 channels would be enough, 2 motors, blade servo, rear hitch servo, and a utility cable (for powering the mover and trailer unload motor)

If your pushing the the things you want, then you have enough. If not, then you need more.

But how could I know what I'm pushing if I haven't built the dozer yet?

the old dozer doesn't have torque specs..

rb35 from conrad 100:1 or 200:1, 200:1 maybe to slow, you will have to look at the rated rpm and workout how far it will travel in 1 revolution, or try these https://www.aliexpress.com/store/pro...6a722ed8QmGTBi
they come on the china cat excavators
