Anyone every bought or dealt with CSMI(construction Scale Model Imports) out of Australia? I did an order last week and haven't heard anything yet about the stuff being shipped and everything showed in stock. I've tried e-mailing a couple of times and the e-mail bounces back as not valid, so I'm a little worried about that. Just want to know if anyone as any experience with this store. www.csmi.com.au

Good, you should be covered then, I'm in a bit of a similar situation with the order placed on German website, tried to find out when it will be shipped,but getting no reply.All the questions I had before I payed where answered promptly.Will give them a week before filing with Pay pal.

Yes seems to be the same thing with me. I even e-mailed him through his e-mail that was on paypal and still no reply.

CSMI is the largest rc counstruction equipment shop in Australia. Likely have several hundred thousands usd in annual sales, imports Premacon, Fumotec and so on. Anyway, with Paypal there are some security. But give it some days. They can have some days off, or email serve trouble, it happens. Hope it all works out.

As I've heard through the grapevine about this CSMI, he has a full time job doing something else that takes him away from home occasionally, this is just a sideline for him, have a little patience.
Why would you buy anything from him anyway, he's an importer for Aussies.

I understand it being a side job for him it's just the e-mail thing that tosses up a red flag. I'll give it another week and go from there.

As for why I bought from him. I couldn't find what I wanted from anyone on this side of the ocean.
