In the link, the part after the /d/ is what we are looking for, as it's the unique ID of the image
Put into something like
https://drive.google.com/uc?id={ID}

Yours doesn't have the /d/, but Looks like maybe?

If I may... don't "insert" it just copy the link from your hosting service, I use Flicker it's really easy to upload and link to the photos...
