Hobby Engine?

I'm looking for an RC vehicle, such as an excavator or loader, to start use, and replace parts with metal ones as needed.

I keep seeing "Hobby Engine" when I'm looking. Now I have no experience whatsoever with this... would that be a start? Or is it a company to be avoided at all costs?

Hobby Engine is just a cheap RC toy that toy stores or online sell... plastic gears, rubber tracks; good use for scooping sawdust or pet food.
