Anyone try and get rooms at the la Quinta next to the Marriott? Hotel is not listed any more when you do a search. Wonder if it closed??? Funny it would close after all of the money they were putting into it doing remodeling unless it is closed for remodeling.

It is no longer a la Quinta, the owner who also owns the Marriot wanted to update the place and LaQuinta wouldn't let him do what he wants so he dumped the franchise. It is now the Indianapolis Conference Center Hotel. Phone 317-359-1021. It sounds like they are making a mini Marriot out of it, lots of changes and I was told it will still be under construction in August but they are accepting reservations.

FYI everybody!
The old LaQuinta/Indiana Conference Center Hotel is booked full for the Indy weekend.
Looks like I'll be staying at the Marriot, oh well less walking!

Pull sled has been updated. Drive axels lift sooner now. Can't test at home though so will run and edit before the group pull.

It seems that things have changed at the Indy conference hotel, the old Laquinta. I just called and booked a room for Thursday Friday and Saturday nights for 80. Dollars and change (AAA Discount) The lady that took my reservation said they still have plenty of rooms available, not sure why it was posted that they were booked. If you still need rooms or want to move closer call them. 1-317-359-1021.
