Yes from 103lbs to 7lbs thats how my machine shop wanted to do it and he says it will save a ton of time and labor. Hay after 4 years I don't care if he carves it by hand.

Just out of curiosity what is the chunk of aluminum worth that the main chassis starts out as? That would be in the hundreds here for sure if you could buy it without having to buy a whole plate. I can't wait to see one finished. There won't be a nicer one out there than this!

Thanks Reg but you make some nice trailers yourself and I have had the pleasure to see them in person. BTW Alex may need another one since I think his nephew has latched onto his.:D
