Some days...

Work is %#{%%}{%}{%}{

Then you come home to *%##^}%}{#{]]}[

It could be worse... 12 months today I couldn't sit through the MRI... More and stronger painkillers sorted it the next day... After which the diagnosis came in...

11 months ago I was in recovery from a disc replacement in my neck...

6 weeks ago I fell off my mountain bike... bruised some muscles around the ribs... Didn't do a face plant though which was cool... The new braces could have gone through the lips... Didn't break my neck...

So in spite of it all I am still alive... for the moment... So it's all good!

Yes john i agree with you 100% .Death is final... pretty much everything else most times can be fixed with some R&R and most of all time.Everyday i open my eyes to a brand new day to spend any way i want is a blessing in itself
