Re: RCMAN'S M26 PERSHING

Yes there was a "suplement" but mine is long gone. Here's the gist of it. The reason it won't move but the sound revs is the Peshing starts up in "neutral." It's the only Tamiya tank that does it. To...

Re: RCMAN'S M26 PERSHING

When you get to the final push of the set button to end the process be very deliberate in pressing the button and hold it down for a moment until the sound starts. Make sure you use the black plastic...

Re: RCMAN'S M26 PERSHING

OK, please bear with me while I double check everything that's happening during the set process. A small slip during setup will mess everything up. I found that out the hard way.
When you first...

Re: Any one have Info on Linde H40 RTR

Paul,

I've been looking at those on the web also. It appears to be an upgraded and RTR version of the Robbe forklift Willy has. His was the older kit-built version and is a blast to drive, I've...

Re: RCMAN'S M26 PERSHING

What's the MF doing or not doing, what type of radio are you using? I've built a number of the Tamiya tanks including 2 Pershings and would be glad to try and help.

Re: Wut is the best way to set up the rds8000

I'm curious what you had to have reprogrammed by Airtronics? The only thing that I found after conversion was the need to hold the throttle in the now full reverse position when turning the radio on...

Re: Airtronics

I have to agree with Jammer. Go with the crawler version. I've changed a mode 2 over to self a centering throttle and while not bad to do you might as well let the factory take care of it.

Re: Tank Collection

I wish I still had it! I developed arthritis in my left hip to the point that pushing in the clutch was very painful. Being all original, I couldn't bring myself to convert it to an auto so it was...

Re: My new truck

Nice clean looking rig Trucker.

I had the same noise with my box trailer. The panels aren't a tight fit in the frame work so the vibration motor makes them make noise. I used a little clear...

Re: Tank Collection

Thanks guys!

Just like modifing our semi's adding extra detail is half the fun of the tanks. Though the up front price of a Tamiya tank is a bit pricey, you also have to consider that in addition...
