Re: New Eagle Mach Excavator 1/14

Thanks for your info Papy. Have you checked the weight of the machine? It's said that the tracks are of steel now, not the weak aluminium castings as the last version of the 4200. Can you do a magnet...

Re: Planetaries for inline jung pump connection

Yeah, 2-3000 rpm is alright for a Jung pump. If you don't mind the noice of a 1600KV motor, if may not be a problem...will likely deal with 150-175 degrees for some time. but...lower rpm is always a...

Re: Motor and gearbox ideas

Putting gear-motors in a tube for axle is 'number 1' when it comes to dependability for wheel loaders, articulated dumpers and so on, in my opinion. To get enough power for like 5'' wheels one should...

Re: New Eagle Mach Excavator 1/14

Re: Need pump motor help

I would recommend a brushless motor, outrunner, for it's compact size and relative high power. Outer diameter in the area 36 to 42 mm. They are marked e.g KV800 which means 800 rpm for each 1 Volt,...

Re: CAT 966K XE

Looks like a great start) that's the most durable solution, putting a gear motor directly on each wheel, much less trouble than having a standard axle and transmission I would say.

Re: Hydraulic cylinders for rc construction models

Re: 4200 Undercarriage
