Re: should or keep it the same?

Can understand you frustration..As mentioned in other threads, the first series Magom pumps are just of low quality, some work ok for a while, some works 'so-so' even when new..The new small Magom...

Re: plumping !

The PRV, which controls the system pressure, might be set to high (if lines hooked up correctly.) If you got the Premacon pump it can deliver like 50 bar +...In a model one will be running 20-25 bar...

Re: Euro dump truck

6 channels is enough for a dump truck, with the MFU. If one will have a dump trailer later on, it's better go for more channels, like 8-10.
Tamiya MFU is naturally much used, there is sound,...

Re: plumping !

Hi, no it doesn't matter what goes where, just as long there are 2 hooked up lines between cylinder and valve. One can then reverse the servoes at the radio later, as needed. Likewise with the pump...

Re: Euro dump truck

It's possible to buy all parts for a dump truck separately, but the easiest way is to a start with a tractor kit, e.g the Hercules 6x4. then you have the Actros cab and axles for a good deal.

Re: Euro dump truck

Yeah, there is a price difference naturally, and for a reason..Magom Bruder : 'toys'. Leakage risk. Noisy pump. But probably do the job. Servonaut, clean and dependable electric hoisting mechanism,...

Re: Euro dump truck

Hi Dave. What many do is to purchase a standard Tamiya tractor 6x4, Scania or MAN, and ad the cab, drivetrain and more to the Servonaut dumper kit. In case of the Actros there is currently just 4x2...

Re: Heat exchanger

Sorry, but in my opinion, the main problem here is basically the typically 'cheap equipment' issue. Looks to be the same pump as in the Magom Bruder excavators, which many owners have had issues...

Re: Two hydraulic problems

A possibility is that there could be some obstruction in one, or several of the fittings/channels leading from the fittings into the cylinder barrel. Another possibility is internal leaks in the...

Re: Magom Brushless Pump

You are on the right mind-set there regarding pump set-up. At a fair in Germany recently my curios friend discusses pump set-up both with Fumotec, Premacon and Wedico. They all recommended to mix the...

Re: Brushless Track Upgrade Kit

Each motor has 3 wires that will be going separately via the swivel all the way to the brushless regulator, one for each motor. So totally 6 wires through the swivel to the 2 regulators. Doesn't...

Re: Magom Brushless Pump

My first impression is that the motor got too much rpm, and is noisy...Just tested the THS 480 Volvo, and Premacon machines on a fair last weekend, and they use the same Jung pump, but they did run...

Re: Budget priced dozer.

Did see one in Germany last weekend at a hobby fair, not running though. Nice looking track pads, and the motors are possible the same as on the KAT excavator, which are strong. Say there are 80...

Re: ESC on a 4200xl

The ESC's on the 4200 are very oversized for sure...The big pump motor draw up to 10-12 Amps, and the other motors are quite less powerfull. No idea why they install 160 Amp regulators...Just find...

Re: Metal Excavator - Magom HRC MG1.4

It's a practical thing with such a small hydraulics tank, and I'm sure there is just enough oil in it in order to make the machine run smoothless, but what about heat development..? E.g Premacon use...

Re: Eagle Loader

Hi, yes that's the items I'm referring to. I wish to test these in the future myself, the pump is well known, while the valves are quite new and we don't know yet how they function in the long run....

Re: Eagle Loader

The pumps Fumotec, Premacon, and now Magom (in addition to their own cheaper pumps) and others use, are manufactured by Jung Fluid Technic in Germany, which is a industrial manufacturer. This is high...
