I was asked to put another machine beside to compare size. The width of the tracks are 9 inchs and the length is 14 inches.

Thanks Joe I have built another undercarrage the same as the one on the log loader. Not sure if it going to be a excavator or log loader yet.... It was a spring day here, sun, showers changing...

What controls do you use to move your excavator's undercarrage with. Do you switch your controls over and use your joy sticks ?

Thanks for all the comments. Moving along at a good pace now, had it running tonight, loaded two logging trucks with logs, working very well and WAY to much fun. Just about time to start the cab...
