Yes that's what I'm thinking about to hollow out the engine to hide the electric motor...my only concern would be if that would make the electric motor run hotter. I guess I could always attach some...

Does anyone know of or ever heard of a dummy engine that covers the electric motor under the hood? I'm thinking of maybe giving my Knight Hauler a tilt hood. Would be nice to see a big detailed CAT...

Thanks. I like the look of the aluminum but which would you recommend, the aluminum or stainless steel? Do the screws used on the Tamiya trucks use the 0.5mm Pitch?
