We have about a foot of snow and 3 feet of frost in the ground, so dozer work is going to have to wait..I hear it has been pretty cold down your way too ??

Progress is slow, but evenually I will get done...I painted about 25-30 small pieces over the weekend..you know, hoods, cylinders, canopies seats,...

I just wanted to post a couple of photos of work in progress of 4 D8K tractors..I hope to outfit them each differently. I am planning a 463 scraper for one, a U dozer for one, a cushion push dozer...

The casting I do is in urethane resin..I start out with a wood pattern and put as much detail into it that I want..Then I build a mould box to put...

I do a little mould making and casting from time to time..
A Cat RD-8 with solid nonmoveable tracks and a partially completed resin D8 13A, all in 1/24 scale
