I think I had about 2cm play or more at the bucket when swinging it side to side by hand.

Did exactly the same to my 470 the other day, the output shaft bushing was worn out, replaced the "lid" on the gearbox and its all good now. :)

No, the undercarrige is all metal on my 470, only the track link and pad are plastic and thats what i want to change, yes durability would be a problem with these.

Yes, strength could be an issue, but i actually dont think these are for the Vario machines, the pitch doesnt seem to be the same as the plastic ones, but maybe a new sprocket and idler is up, i dont...

I have soledered i think 2 of my cylinders, one on my excavator and one on the dumper, i used regular solder (what i use to solder deans and wires) and a mapp gas torch on its lowest flame setting,...

Ok i see, thats one to do it.

Both the servonaut and CTI is by a push of a 2 or 3 pos switch and you have switched model, i like that and the fact that you only need one radio.

I think that cassette is fittet with blind nuts or such, the other smaller sprockets was separate right? I think if you could use a hacksaw in between the sprockets to get them to separate, maybe?

Finally Joe, its time for that 850 to move its feet! :)

Great solution for the sprocket, some black paint over that and you shouldnt see the washers, if you even care! :D
