Re: 1/16 Bucyrus-Monighan Walking Dragline

Hi steve-there is one thing I had forgot about until I saw it on post#567-picture 8. That is the boom hoist. Could you talk a little about that. Does it work good, time to go up & down, etc.

D8R-the dozer is looking great! If you want to see how a good operator works, check out D9Joes videos. He is by far the best operator I have seen. Looks just like a real machine working. He is the...

Re: charging battery

buzzy16-here is a good rule to remember when charging batteries. For slow charge-capacity of bat. divided by 10 would be 200-mah. Fast charge-capacity multiplied by 3-would be 6-amps. You did not say...

Re: 1/14 CAT 390D LME

Jw.-sounds like you are stuck on making metal tracks but I think your goal of a complete set of tracks in 1 day is unrealistic. Have you considered other options? I made rubber molds from silicone...

Re: 1/16 Bucyrus-Monighan Walking Dragline

Thanks steve-I was thinking that lining those bearings up with the walking shaft would be kinda tricky but I'm guessing you know how to do that. I wouldn't have a clue about that. Judging by your...
