Well, a couple bodies of water and a different country is all that stands in your way!
It's quite a ways for a day trip. It would be better if you had a couple days but it could be done in one I guess. Taking the Victoria Clipper from Seattle to Victoria would be the best bet next to flying but you would still be an hour away from my house.
