I put the original part on a sheet of paper and photographed it from directly above (perpendicular to the sheet plane).
Then I import the image into fusion 360 as an canvas image and project it on a plane. I resize it to match the length of the original part.
Then I trace the shape using the sketch tool in fusion 360 and finally extrude the part to the correct thickness. Export to STL and print.
