September in Lebanon would be my first option, I have little opportunity for travelling outside home-base for a hobby.
Surely the KH could be finished by then, and I also have some static stuff that could be placed on the floor to make the event look more populated (ie a flatbed with a Bruder dozer sitting on it, a Doepke Adams grader, etc ).
