Thanks guys for the nice comments and answers, I think that I have it all figured out!

The Pintel hook and lunette ring came from RC4WD in the winch & hook section, works like a charm and great quality.

The lights came from michaels and were leftover Halloween display accessories. They are Lemax display spot lights, plus they swivel.

Off to race the car tomorrow night (carpet oval) and then back to work on the truck this weekend.
