Benchtop milling machine? Clamp the tracks on edge, vertically, and you could probably mill as many sections as your vise is wide. I wouldn't even worry about disassembling the links.
Any idea what a completed set of tracks weigh? I'm just wondering how much extra weight these would add to a LR634.
