ECLC Show Discussion - 6 days and counting!
Hey guys, I figured I'd get the discussion going early on the Summer meet. Here is the official information for the ECLC Truck show which was passed down in an e-mail from Richie.
 The Third Annual Show is Scheduled for June 11, 2011 at the Sussex County Fairgrounds in Augusta, NJ. www.eastcoastlargecars.com Come see Elizabeth Truck Center's Latest & Greatest Creations! Witness the amazing 1/14 Scale R/C East Coast Mini Truckers in action! Vendors & Participants are Welcome to Arrive June 10, 2011(AFTER 12PM...PREP ONLY!) Variety of Combo & Bobtail Classes Onsite Showers & Restrooms Live DJ & Great Food! Directions, Lodging & Additional Fairgrounds Information Available at: www.newjerseystatefair.org Spectators welcome Saturday, June 11 after 9AM...Admission is 5.00 adults (kids free!) Participant entrance fee is 30.00ea (bobtail or combo) Pick-up fee for Show & Shine is 10.00ea Car parking is 5.00 per car Rags down for participants is 1.00pm Participants must return application/judge form before 4.00PM...EVERYONE MUST COMPLY!!! Thanks Rod for posting this! I'm sure the show will be a huge success as it has been the last 2 years. Guys if you are planning on doing a show and your close to Jersey this is the one. We have a blast and the number of spectators are unreal. The hobby is opened up to a lot of people here that have never seen these trucks/equipment before.

Hey guys, here's the scoop for the Mini Truckers:
Mini City opens @ 9:00 AM and we will truck all day and into the evening. (We will be setting up starting around 8:00a most likely) ECMT's will supply beverages All Day. We will host a BBQ dinner sometime after 4:00PM all you can eat. Beauty contest will consist of at least 4 category's or total of 12 trophy's. Also includes Full access to the entire Truck Show. For Mini Truckers, Drivers Pass is $20.00, Pit Pass (non) drivers $5.00 per Adult. (The fee above for parking applies to spectators coming to the show, not Mini Truckers!)

Okay guys, 30 days and counting!!! It'll be here before you know it! I wanted to update everyone on a few things:
Beauty contest will consist of 6 category's a total of 16 trophy's. Classes: Best of show Cabover Best of show Conventional Day cab Best of show Conventional Sleeper Best of Show Combo Best of Show Straight Body. 1 Best of Show Richie's choice, Richie Acosta will pick his favorite Rig Also, Ric Murphy from Garden Trucking/PMD will be flying in and be at the Show all day Saturday.

Who's in and what'r you bringin! I'll have the usual: Superstretch w/ reefer trailer W-900 w/ Dump trailer Excavator Dad and Tim will be coming with their equipment also. Tim is working on finishing his W-900 Areodyne tri-axle!

Unit Cable Hoe, Unit Dragline crane, Rubber tracked loader, wheeled skid steer, Tonka dump truck, Mack dump truck, King Hauler & flatbed trailer.
