Another dump box variation

Here you go Bo. So far there are 22 different pieces in this box not including the ladders or lift assembly. 8 more pieces to bend and or machine and the tailgate should work! I think it looks good so far though.

I'm just going to make it have a regular style tailgate so it will just be mechanical.

So I'm doing OK with it so far? I was able to lop off 3/8" on the back end yesterday before welding on all of the goodies. I was sweating a little when making the cuts but it all turned out fine and in the end it will look better with less overhang.

A little update. The front is really tall on this one because it will be using a custom KW cab. The modified cab is 147mm tall from frame rail to roof. I believe a stock king is about 120mm. Anyway, here it is.

Rob said it's a Ford orange but I know the powder coater won't have the exact color. I think they have an orange that's close though.

Here's another update. I had hoped to have it done today but it was not meant to be. Things always take much longer than anticipated it seems but it is getting close.

Cover is made. All parts are torn down, washed and headed for coating. Fingers crossed the orange they have is close enough!
