Russ have you ever thought about making one of those sleepers out of a solid block? Eliminate the screws and add some serious heft and traction to a truck.

I know it! LOL! And Russ doesn't help either! The Rat Rods came about because I was bored one day and we were talking on the phone. Next thing I know, he's taking my money and I have a new project!

well last week i got asked to do a pretty interesting project and here is a few pix to show just what it is. the one that i'll be building is a tri-axle

so, on to the build

after cutting some rails and afew other things, i was onto bolting it all together















there is still a few things to finish up on my end, but this build has came together good.

I saw that trailer on YouTube once. Not sure I would want to ride that low to the ground under a giant concrete beam. Be some serious anus puckering going on.

pretty much wrapping this build up now

the front axle is cut and mounted up, then i made a cover / 5th wheel plate for the rear

worked on getting the cab finished up on this one while the mill was running this morning. i'm really happy with how this truck has come together
