Sorry I meant grease. Especially since many models don't have grease points so you will have to take the transmission apart. Tracked loaders are what I am going to go with because they can use hydraulic rippers to loosen soil, something a wheel loader cannot do. Also they are more maneuverable.

You can get a ripper for loaders, or make one. Loaders are not as manuvarable, but loader's have a little less maintenance, because the constant turning a track loader does, that dirt and sand wears...
