My Dads 1:1 Equipment
2.5 years ago my Dad decided to build a motel (Comfort Suites). He went to Ritchie Bros and bought a bunch of equipment! The motel has been finished for a year; now we plan to build a Restraunt!
 Here are the Photos tooken in the last 2.5 years. Photos Order Recent-2.5years ago. Me parking the excavator at the end of the day.(Look at the Fire)  Dad got the Little Packer stuck!  Me on the Little Packer.  End of the day Motel Room Photo  Another of me on the Little Packer.  Another end of the day room shot  Room shot of Little Packer stuck!  Burn Pile  4 Months Back- Taking out a Tree         New (to us) Wheeloader. Komatsu WA-350   Sometime Between Dec 2010-July 2011     Putting in our Motel sign-Nov 2010   Starting the project 2.0-2.5 years ago Taking tree over to Burn Pile with Bobcat.(Dont own this one anymore  ) Taking out a Tree   Stuff we bought at Chicago Ritchie Bros  Ran out of room! Found some more pics.
Tractor Getting Fixed.(Dads standing in the middle Lol)  312 and DT  The first Packer we bought being unloaded.(No longer own)  Thanks for Looking!

Was at the motel last weekend. We were able to dig out a 50 year old septic tank.

Neil , thats what they used after the got tired of lininig hand dug holes with stone or brick . that 1 looks to be a coverted UG fuel tank . I've seen a ton of those of various shape .

The motel was built in the center of Nebraska, Most of the time my dad lives in the NW corner of Nebraska. Was working there and got a video. We are shaping up this pile to drive over. I was able to get a video.
