Will a Wedico tri-axle wrecker "crane" fit Tamiya?

Hi guys,

Serious question. I understand that Wedico and Tamiya are not interchangeable, but does anyone have experience with adding a Wedico tri-axle wrecker body to a Tamiya frame or a Tamiya body to a Wedico Triaxle frame?
