i also agree that if it is a padding issue for posts then the person doing it should be disiplined for it but how would you prove that otherwise
 unless the person wrote pm'ed you 10 times in a row it should be left up to the descretion of the administrator or moderators to get the person who is doing it to prove themselves otherwise i think thats fair...maybe i am way off base
