Default Help getting started.

Hey,
seemed like the most logical place to post this, so...
I want to build a dozer in 1/10th scale.
But I want to do a smaller size cat, something that could be towed behind a 1/10th truck. And look legal.
My first question is, whats the biggest size cat dozer a standard truck could haul, er, not a chevy though...
Where do I go about drive gear? Tracks, drive wheels, rollers, etc.?
Thanks,
"D"
