Did some manual machining today on the sprockets for the drive system. I made a fixture for the sprocket and then milled in the mounting holes.

Touche'... but I finished my basement a couple yrs ago, what I originally intended to do... taking from the floor now was a means of keeping it going b/c as you say, it's the perfect sandbox.

Thanks for posting the little things like the jig for sprockets, it's always nice to see other ideas as I may need the knowledge sometime.

And you guys with big projects , When I got into this stuff I didn't think I had much to do but now the jobs just keep coming in!! A whole new interest in doing landscaping around the house!!!

Not finished. Too many other paying projects that I do have anytime to delicate to this grader. I did poke around with it a little the other day.
Sorry for the long delay... but I need to make a living and pay the bills.
