 ... wow, you're about 9-10 months behind in your reading The plan was a couple yrs, but it's a lot easier digging than I had thought it'd be... might last till xmas 7 more yrs to retirement or you quitting @60? ..then we'll see the magic happen, eh?

More like 1+ yrs.
So my hope for now is that in your tunneling you hit a big rock to slow you down some. Then you will need to figure out how to build a rock saw to bore through that rock... that should slow you down some. not at 60... I have a good job that I actually like.
