does the scale really flush out to 1/12th? I am not sure what it should be for 1/12th scale.. but 22" long by 8" wide seems a bit smaller that 1/12 scale..
maybe one of you more experienced scale guys can comment!!

It does look cool and I like the price... and for a starter may be just the thing for me too....
