Hi Reg,

These things are apparently known as "paddle" tyres/tires prefixed either by sand or snow depending on where you are.

Tamiya make them for the sand scorcher and various others make similar but whether you'll be able to find the actual size and tread pattern I don't know

I did my usual rounds and ended up as ever on Aliexpress Clickety click
