Trying to get my avatar to upload

Hey guys and gals. Trying, now that I finally have my pictures uploaded, to get my avatar set as my truck. I changed the size of it in my folder to 80 by 80 pixels, which is what it says to do, but I keep getting an upload fail notification when I try to set it. Am I missing something?
