1/16 Ertl Diecast Excavator - Later this Summer???

I was messing around on google and this came up as a result.

The picture looks a lot suspicious to me as it looks more like a 1/50 scale and the price sure indicates 1/50 scale. just wondering if anyone else knows of a 1/16 scale diecast excavator being released by Ertl later this year.
