LEad rolled up - Dont start the first loop tight against the outer rubber, give it a couple of mm and this will leave some space for the tyre to deform. Works a treat, also when using lead shot or round sinkers you reqlly have to fill them up to stop them moving around and making noice, meaning you also lose the give in the side walls. Good luck.
