Default servo programmer

I'm looking for a servo programmer, need to run 2 servos together but opposite of each other. I found a hitec hfp 25, but it's not out yet. Any suggestions of a decent programmer

If you can find one, the HFP 20 might be worth looking into. I'm not sure if it is manufactured anymore, but there are still some new ones floating around. It's basically the predecessor to the HFP 25. I think HiTec also makes some computer interface programmers, with which you can adjust things using a computer. Those types of programmers plug into the USB port. I really don't have any experience with any of these programmers. Maybe Scott (Small Haul) will chime in. I know he has one of the programmers. I think maybe the HFP 20.

dmess62,

Can you solder?

You can reverse the direction of a servo by swapping the polarity of the wires on the servo motor, as well as the outer two wires on the potentiometer..

i use the HPP-21 to program Hitec servos.

If i am matching servos i have them facing each other (servo horns almost touching) in a small vise so that you can program/match them perfectly.

Well, my two bits!
I have used in the past one of these:

Price is incredibly cheap and all you need is a Y cable to go with it.
Plug the reverser into one leg of the Y and the non reversed servo in the other

These are really cool...you can have multiple servos out of one channel, you can reverse one of the outputs and you can set the servo speed. It is nice to use if your radio does not have a servo speed setting.
