Wink IH5070 Paystar 6X6 now a log truck & pup

since I get tired of tripping over bruders around here , I figured I need a wrecker . And as my wife likes to say ,"you just got to have the biggest "
so here we go . scaled 14" double frame (steel outer aluminum inner ) rubber block hendrickson rear susp. 75t lathe motor , tamiya 3 speed axial trans for transfer case , and punisher shafts and carrier bearing like my 5900i hh tractor . cab : scratch built like always opening butterfly hood and cab doors ( soon to be done ) not sure about interior . still need to fab the body and "may" make my pumps , depends on the supply side of things
the beginning

the rears + the beams + wheels

rear flex shot

the lift axle

the hood

trans + transfer case

motor shot

bumper

front fender

to date w/out the fuel tank

the fuel tank (first cut on new toy (mill ))

I have a vid of it moving the ps433-1 but I have to get y tub fixed maybe w/new computer

thanks for looking
IHSteve

Wow! I am loving this rig. I think your wheels are stunning as well. Did you machine those yourself? Excellent craftsmanship! She will look even prettier with a coat of color I'm sure!
