Can you take an underside pic of that steering mod??? in a 1:1 for my truck it would have to use a football field to turn around.. My old COE i used to drive turned on a dime.. course it had a shorter wheel base then the stretched framed globes we build. haha..

well as far as I can see, it wouldnt affect anything. If any weight the weight lays over the axel basically where u have that bolt that holds the knuckle in place So I figued cutting that much of the knuckle wont have any effect on the integrity. when you look at the knuckle and you but it theres like a little triangle shape support on the top side. dont cut or go passed that triangle and you should be fine

sweet thats kinda what i thought looking at mine... I think maybe some of our fine aluminum machinists should produce some modified front end parts id buy some and wouldnt have to worry about strength

This bwont hurt any thing it all I have been doning this for years and a few of my trucks are very heavy in the nose and I run 645 servos so I have lots of tork I can turn the wheels lock to lock with out moving the truck and I have never broke one you can also bend the ends of your tie rod a little and get even more turning. I have to set my remote so I dont over steer as the tires will hit the leaf springs.

Nice work on the cab Silvo you are doing great work..

i personally think cab overs look so good with flat beds and thats not just because im a flat bedder but the van i think takes away from the cab unless its a 351 wheelbase. or a tank trailer not to many real nice tanks out there
