Default Ford Aeromax king sleeper made in France

Hello Guys ,

I built a new king cab ...

start with the frame (33.40 inches)

mounting rolling trains

bought a cab used to a friend .

Before jetting Acetone , making sleeper:

Making bull bar

after glazers, sanding and first coat of primer

first test on the frame

I bought on ebay a CAT C15

modification of the frame and radiator manufacturing

Mise en place du CAT C15 :

First test with the cab , I'll have to modify the firewall

manufacture of the aluminum platform

also cut the hood

I attach the hood with the bumper with 2 aluminum rods

I modifie the original side panels of the Ford, here is a view after the first cutting each side

one of the nicest builds ive seen great rig you perfected the stretch sleeper look in my book. doesnt look big and bulky looks perfect. bull guard is very nice bilt into bumper and the color scheme is wicked. still cant get over your pipes just awesome.
