I just need to fine the right piece of... something to make a bumper out of....just don't know what yet...
Yeah, I'm thinking a set of small wheels I like the idea of spring loading them I'm trying not to cut or drill the trailer anymore than I have to you can't tell in these pictures but the trailer polished up really well.....I'll try to get some in the sun light ...if we ever get any...
Gasoline alley has the stickers he doesn't have water slide decals and that's kind of what I hope to get, I found a seller on evilbay that has other decals I just need to get in touch with him and see if he has the "Gray Line" decals

Here are a couple pictures in the sun light...I just have a few small things to finish up...bumper landing legs, although I'm not sure how I want to do them, get the decals for the side of the van, gas tanks...and just general tiding up...I like the look and will probably build a period looking flatbed or lowboy this winter....

Thanks everybody!!!
Not sure Frizzen, I thought about just modifying the WPL tanks or maybe the old pill bottle trick... or get a 3D printer and make something... I like reusing or re-purposing things I just haven't found the right "thing"...

I could probably see that rig with some rounded fuel tanks, like joining the closed ends of some CO2 cartridges.

I ran across this thread (other site) that details various upgrade parts for wpl and similar trucks. Thought it might be helpful for your future planning

I never thought of CO2 cartridges, I'll have to see if I can find some empty ones... I like that idea. I think it would look better if I even the running boards out and maybe hang the tanks under them...maybe...
I watch Banggood for new WPL stuff and sites around the web, I order some of it just to see if it's worth using some is some not so much... but it takes so long to get it....if I order something that takes 4 months to get here and it works, then I have to wait another 4 months for them again... I learned not to order a bunch until you see what it actually looks and feels like....

Ran across something that might be interesting, apparently there's a fx.de place that makes some really nice looking street tires and many piece rims for these WPL axles. As found on this page

Thanks !!!Found it https://f-x.de/ it's in German so you have to translate it. Those rims are the look I wanted but seem a little narrow and can only use those hard rubber tires. I got a set of WPL DAKA tires and the metal rims the size is pretty close and the rims look pretty good it's just the tread is pretty aggressive looking, which won't be bad for dump trucks and looks ok on the JJRC...and more affordable I'll probably use the DAKA for now until I figure something else out...
I think I found fuel tanks, 1in PVC... it's about 1 1/8 in dia and I think when I get ends glued on and worked a little they will look good. I just have to figure out how to mount them.... Then again Amazon has an Ender 3 for $206 shipped...
