i am looking to get a ford Louisville built for my project dump truck either 3d printed or handbuilt i am shopping around looking for price at the moment whould like it to look like this cab

The easy way is to open their site in Google Chrome and press Translate.

About shipping to usa, or what countries they do ship, it looks like they take paypal

Might have to get someone international to catch it and reship to you, maybe schedule a group buy to spread out the double shipping?

I do not see any reason why they would not accept shipping to the US.
But if they don't want, I think there are a couple of german members here who could help if you ask
